Note
on Healing
Our bodies are remarkable
machines. Natural healing takes time in most cases and I urge anyone who truly desires to
get into harmony with nature and to seek the old ways of healing that they approach it
with an open mind. Don't expect over night miracles, but you can expect to feel better
almost immediately.
- Detoxifying the Body.
(Remove toxins from your body and your environment.)
- Boost the Immune System.
- Feed the Body and its
cells nutrients via vitamins, minerals, amino acids that it needs to have to live.
- Use the body properly.
Cease abusing it, exercise and treat it with respect. In return, it will provide you
with a lifetime of service!
- As you try to heal your
body, you must heal your mind by removing toxic emotions and become spiritually focused. A
sick mind (toxic emotions) will result in a sick body.
Natural Healing
alternatives can help any disease or health concern. If an organ is damaged though, there
is little that can be done naturally to heal, except prayer. Suffering has often been
lifted through the use of herbs and natural therapies. |
