believed that crystals, gemstones and rock/minerals from the earth possess interesting
characteristics. Continually under investigation by both natural healing professionals and
now mainstream scientists, new and exciting uses are being found for these substances.
From quartz crystals making modern computer technology possible to the next paradigm shift
in technology, it is bound to be some natural occurring element that makes it all
possible.

fascinating CD-ROM that serves as a good introduction to the subject of gemstones and
their healing properties. The creator of this CD is a gemologist from India. His approach
is fresh and different from any thing else found anywhere in the American market at this
time about this subject. That is why we decided to carry this item for our clients that
are interested in this subject.
This CD covers just about
everything to do with Gemstones. It approaches the subject from an Ayurvedic and Indian
philosophical point of view. This CD rom, GEMS AND YOU, provides a good summary of all the
relative points surrounding the ideas of gems and healing; as well as being a good
reference point for the legendary or mythological aspects associated with gemstones. It
also provides excellent technical information about gemstone formation, physical
composition, and everything associated with basic gemstone knowledge. The CD is in full
color; is narrated with written text; and is easy navigated.
NOTE: As a rock and gemstone collector, I was impressed with the layout of this CD and
would recommend it as an excellent teaching tool if you are interested in the practical
side of gemstones or the metaphysical characteristics associated with them.
