Phone Consultations

Order Phone Consultation 

What is a Phone Consultation

Here are some rules regarding phone consultations:

  • Phone consultations can be ordered from our web site through Paypal or through regular mail with a money order.
  • Phone consultations must be paid and scheduled in advance of the actual call.
  • Any unused phone consultation will be refunded, if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Phone consultations are available six days a week, Sunday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. EST.
  • Phone consultations must be pre-scheduled through e-mail or regular mail. If you don’t have e-mail, you can write a letter with an enclosed money order (pre-pay on our web site with a major credit card) and your answers will be mail to you.
  • To keep the costs low for our clients, JNHP doesn’t keep a general phone line open 24 hours.
  • To make phone consultations effective, we recommend that you think out exactly what answers or solutions that you seek from your consultation prior to getting us on the phone.
  • Phone consultations work well for many people. They are good for discussing the details of chronic problems and enable us to find the best products and services to fit your needs.
  • JNHP doesn’t promise to be able to answer every possible question you might have during a phone consultation. In many cases a follow up report from the phone consultation is produced and mailed to you.
  • JNHP cannot diagnose or prescribe a cure for your problem. Please do not ask us what we think is wrong with you or what you might take to "cure the problem." JNHP can only suggest various natural products and changes in lifestyles as possible solutions to your problems. Your phone consultation will result in transfer of knowledge that you can use in your healing path.
  • Phone consultations can be used for private counseling such discussing private matters and relationship or spiritual related problems. JNHP in a live "Ann Landers" type format can assist you with your basic human relation problems, social problems, pet concerns, natural living alternatives and spiritual issues. If you need a listening ear, consider this service. Fifty percent of all profits are donated to community-based services, including proving herbs free of charge for terminal or chronically ill people.

Types of Phone Consultations

JNHP provides two types of phone consultations.

  1. Natural Healing Related

    Health issues and natural healing related phone consultations are $50.00 for 30 minutes. We limit phone calls to 30-minute blocks.

  2. Personal Concerns/Social Issues/General discussion

    General personal discussion, social related problems, better living solutions, family concerns and spiritual related consulting is $35.00 for 30 minutes.

How a Phone Consultation Works

  1. Visit our shopping web site to order a phone consultation.
  2. Specify the type of consultation you want: Type A: Natural healing related or Type B: Personal Concerns/Social Issues/General discussion.
  3. Pay with Paypal or other before-approved payment method, or mail a personal check or money order to JNHP with your contact information and choice of date/time of consultation appointment you would like.
  4. Provide us with the following information: type of consultation, name, address, driver’s license number (needed for check validation), e-mail address, telephone number, desired date and time of phone consultation.
  5. A confirmation will be sent to you either in e-mail or in writing prior to the phone call.
  6. You must confirm the time, date and telephone number prior to our call.
  7. June will personally call at the time and date specified. (If your line is busy, we will try five minutes later. If it is still busy after a second try, you will have forfeited your consultation time.) See cancellation policy regarding canceling a phone consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Phone consultations may be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call. JNHP will notify you via e-mail regarding your missed call, and expect a return e-mail within 24 to allow you a chance to dispute the situation or reschedule the call. A missed call may only be refunded for the following personal emergence reasons:

  • Death in the immediate family, confirmed with death certificate photocopied mailed to us.
  • Health emergency requiring emergency room visits. Documentation must be mailed to us to receive a refund, such as: doctor’s excuse, hospital bill receipt.

Preparing for a Phone Consultation


Write you main concerns and questions before the consultation and for easy reference during the phone consultation.
If your health related questions require research we will research this information, and mail you a report within a couple of days. If you questions are very complicated or detailed, we request that your order a consultation by e-mail to save us both time on the phone. This allows us to better estimate how much time researching your concerns will take. We can then provide you with an estimate of time and how much it will cost for this research. At your confirmation and payment for this service we will perform the research and mail you a hard copy of it.


Disclaimer — for Personal Issues and General Consultations

  1. There is no need to tell us your entire life history for us to understand your concerns. Describe your situation and associated problems.
  2. We offer general advice based on common sense and the standard level of behavior and social acceptance as defined by western culture. We provide practical tips for problem resolution, getting along with difficult people, solving an argument, the best course of action for a social relationship problem, advice on what is considered socially acceptable behavior, moral judgment, social manners and etiquette, building better relationships, job related problems (including getting along with co-workers) and other personal situations.
  3. WE DO NOT OFFER any kind of LEGAL ADVICE, MEDICAL ADVICE or PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING. For these types of advice, contact experienced professionals in the mental health fields.
  4. WE DO NOT OFFER phone consultations for extreme situations, such as: diagnosed depression, the mentally challenged or suicidal tendencies. For these types of advice, contact experienced professionals in the mental health fields.
  5. Termination of calls.
    i. Any requests of consultation that we have specified as not be equipped to consult during a phone consultation, will be dissuaded. The caller will be asked to consider other situations to consult about. If a caller persist, the call will be terminated immediately. If JNHP considers it a dangerous situation (such as suicidal situation or if caller intends to harm others), local authorities will be contacted. The phone consultation fee will not be refunded.
    ii. Abusive phone calls. If at any time a phone consultation client turns verbally abusive, including using any kind of profanity, the phone call will be terminated and the phone consultation fee will not be refunded.
  6. Spiritual Consultations: JNHP can talk to you about spiritual matters. Our main consultant holds a four-year degree in theology and liberal arts, and has had over 18 hours of graduate cultural anthropology. She is well versed in all major world religions, spiritual belief paradigms, and indigenous belief systems. We ask that you give us a general idea of the nature of your questions prior to the phone consultation to best prepare to assist you with your situation.
  7. Phone calls regarding sexual problems must be pre-approved through e-mail.
  8. Phone callers must be of at least 18 years old. Minor must send a signed written approval from their legal guardian or parent to JNHP that includes the nature of the consultation prior the consultation. Teen callers often can have concerns regarding teen social pressure, school issues, peer pressure issues, social concerns, and even social club problems that JNHP consult. We will gladly offer our insight into any of these kinds of issues, but we need parent written approval.
  9. A client may not record phone consultations, and without consent is a violation of the law.
  10. Have your questions written our prior to the scheduled phone consultation for easy reference.
  11. If you decide you want or need more time for a phone consultation, we request that you schedule such at least 24 hours after the initial phone consultation to make sure you have time to think about your concerns and know what you want to talk about.
