on FedEx web site to check the status on
your FedEx package.
UPS Order

Package Tracking site to check the status on your UPS package.
United States
Postal Service Priority Mail: "Enter The Airbill Number" on USPS
Tracking/Confirm site to check the status on your Priority Mail package.
How to Order
It is easy and secure (risk free) to order
from our shopping web site. You can follow these steps to order any item:
- Click on any item on our web site with
the cart icon or take a visit to JNHP Shopping site.
- Browse the catalog and select items by
clicking "Add." Click "Continue Shopping" if you want to order more
items.
- When you have finished shopping, click
"Checkout."
- Enter in your contact and credit card
information. Next time you shop, you will only need to enter your e-mail address.
- If you don't want to use a credit card, you
can print the invoice and mail it to JNHP with your check or money order.
- Select the mode of shipping. Click here for more shipping questions.
- You will receive a confirmation of the order
when it is shipped and a tracking number via e-mail from JNHP.
Shipping
and Handling
- JNHP use total package weight and the
shipper determines the shipping cost based on the weight.
- The customer selects the shipping mode (UPS
Ground, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx).
- JHNP do not add a handling charge to
shipping.
- If the pacakge is damaged or lost, contact
the carrier to make a claim. Contact us if you have any questions after you have resolved
the situation with the carrier.
